The discipline is aimed at the speech, logical and psychological foundations of business communication, the use of non-verbal means in various forms of business communication in the system of interpersonal and social relations 1.2 Course Tasks - To familiarize students with the fundamentals of image typology, methods of developing competence in business communication, forming a professional image, and developing effective communication skills with clients. - To teach the principles, methods, and techniques of image building in the field of social and cultural services. - To develop professional competencies in image formation and the application of ethical principles in work that ensure successful business relationships and a high level of service. 1.3 Learning Outcomes: Аpplies knowledge about the types of image and the basics of business communication, uses speech, logical, psychological and non-verbal means of communication for effective interaction in a professional environment and documentation of business communication. 2.
