MOOC Description 1.1 Objective The purpose of the discipline is to form knowledge about the essence of HR management and the evolution of models, the function, role, qualifications and personal qualities of the manager, and decision-making methods in the service sector. By studying the discipline, the student identifies the types of organizational structures and the technology for their optimization, determines the involvement of personnel and key tools for assessing the potential in the service sector 1.3 Course Objectives - To familiarize learners with the theoretical foundations and current trends in human resource management, as well as the role of the HR specialist within the organizational structure; - To teach the application of core HR management tools and methods for solving practical tasks related to recruitment, assessment, training, motivation, and personnel development; - To develop skills in analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of HR processes, as well as the ability to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. 1.4 Learning Outcomes Аpplies HR management knowledge to make effective management decisions in the service sector, uses staff potential assessment tools, determines the level of involvement and optimizes organizational structures in accordance with the goals of the enterprise. 4.
