1.1 Objective
The purpose of the discipline is to develop knowledge and practical skills in business planning within the restaurant and hotel business, including market analysis, financial forecasting, and strategic planning. By studying the discipline, the student learns to design viable business plans, assess risks, and ensure sustainable development of hospitality enterprises.
1.2 Course Objectives
- To familiarize learners with the theoretical foundations and modern approaches to business planning in the restaurant and hotel industry;
- To teach the application of key tools and methods for developing business plans, including market research, financial planning, and risk assessment;
- To develop skills in analyzing business environments and making strategic decisions to ensure the efficiency and competitiveness of hospitality enterprises.
